1 cup Grated Carrot
1 Grated Granny Smith Apple
2 TBSP Canola Oil
1/4 cup Molasses
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Flour
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Smash down a bit to take cookie form. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
