Food Forest  - Some plants may not be edible, they enhance the gardens for other purposes, many serve as shade or nitrogen fixers. Many plants are edible in one way or another, serving as food, herbs, medicinal, bee forage and/or animal fodder. Eventually we will post how we use each plant.
